2. While buying land, do not buy a small plot between larger plots. It impedes growth. भूमि खरीदते समय दो बड़े भूखंडों के बीच का छोटा भूखंड न ले. इससे विकास रुकता हैं.
3. As per Vastu, stairs without risers do not support smooth flow of Energy. वास्तु के अनुसार, बिना अड्डा या उठान वाली सीढियां ऊर्जा के सहज प्रवाह में बाधक होती हैं.
4. Bringing office work in the bedroom creates conflicts of energies. Vastu forbids it. यदि बहुत आवश्यक न हो तो शयनकक्ष में कार्यालय का कार्य न लाये. वास्तु के अनुसार यह गलत हैं.
5. Do not place statue or picture of the deity in the bedroom of a couple. दंपत्ति के शयनकक्ष में अपने पूज्य देवी देवताओं के चित्र या मूर्तियाँ स्थापित न करे.
6. Tulsi/ Holy Basil can be planted in any direction of the building. However, if you are doing any Pooja/ worship then place it in North East, Centre, North, East directions of the building. तुलसी के पौधे को घर के किसी भी दिशा में सकारात्मक ऊर्जा के लिए स्थापित किया जा सकता हैं, किन्तु यदि आप इस पौधे की पूजा करते हैं, तो भवन के उत्तर पूर्व, केंद्र, उत्तर, पूर्व में ही लगाये.
7. Peepal/ Sacred Fig Tree is highly auspicious in the western direction of house, but negative in East. पीपल/ अश्वत्थ का वृक्ष घर की पूर्वी दिशा में अशुभ होता हैं, किन्तु पश्चिमी दिशा में अत्यंत शुभ.
8. For positive energy, plant Holy Basil Plant/ Tulsi in the building. सकारात्मक ऊर्जा के लिए भवन में तुलसी का वृक्ष लगाये.
9. Going to expand your business. Fix mirrors in the East direction. व्यवसाय के विस्तार की योजना ? पूर्वी दिशा में दर्पण लगाये.
10. Storage of water in red containers creates conflict of elements. Just avoid it. लाल बर्तनों में जल के भण्डारण से तत्वों की प्रतिकूलता होती हैं. ऐसा न करे.
11. Photographs of dead relatives should not be hung in the house. If no option, then hang in South. घर में मृत रिश्तेदारों के चित्र न टांगे. टांगना ही हैं तो दक्षिण दिशा में टांगे.
12. Avoid Thorny plants in your house. Not only they may cause injury, they also create hurdles in your life and destiny. घर में कांटेदार पौधे न रखे. न केवल इनसे चोट लग सकती हैं, बल्कि ये हमारे जीवन व भाग्य में अवरोध भी पैदा करते हैं.
13. Store food items in the North Western zone of your house. घर में खाद्य पदार्थों का संग्रहण उत्तर-पश्चिम/ वायव्य दिशा में करे .
14. Keep your medicines in North East zone of your house. They will cause better effect. अपनी दवाएं/ औषधियां घर के उत्तर पूर्व (ईशान) क्षेत्र में रखे. उनका प्रभाव ज्यादा अच्छा होंगा.
15. For positive vibrations, never hang pictures showing violence in any form. सकारात्मक ऊर्जा के लिए, हिंसक दृश्यों वाले चित्र कभी भी न टांगे.
16. As per Vastu, the best location for bathroom in a building is in East direction. वास्तु के अनुसार किसी भवन में स्नानघर का सर्वोत्तम स्थान पूर्व दिशा में हैं.
17. Avoid rectangle pattern in any form in the North direction of any building. Reduces bonding and affection between family members. किसी भवन की उत्तर दिशा में चौकोर डिज़ाइन का प्रयोग किसी भी रूप में न करे. परिवार के सदस्यों के बीच स्नेह व प्रेम कम होता हैं.
18. South facing buildings are good for wealth inflow and prosperity. दक्षिणमुखी भवन धनागम एवं समृद्धि के लिए अच्छे होते हैं.
